Anti-Fraud Statement

Dear Valued Customer,

STEVANIE will never ask for your financial account or credit card information through SMS or phone calls, nor will we request you to visit a bank counter or operate an ATM under any circumstances.

If you receive such calls or messages, please remain vigilant and do not trust instructions from unknown callers. If in doubt, please contact us immediately or call 165, the Anti-Fraud Hotline of the National Police Agency, to verify.

When you receive calls displaying numbers starting with "+", "+2", "+886", or any unfamiliar numbers, please exercise caution and beware of tactics such as number spoofing or impersonation of specific companies, banks, or judicial authorities. Do not click on unfamiliar links or accept friend requests from unknown LINE accounts or SMS messages.

Common fraud tactics include "duplicate orders" and "false installment payment settings" to gain consumer trust and subsequently request online banking or ATM operations.

If the matter involves your bank account, please directly contact your bank. If a call asks you to perform account operations or provide information, please refuse directly to reduce the risk of fraud.

We also recommend regularly changing passwords, strengthening password complexity (using a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers), and avoiding entering account details on public computers to enhance information security.

Best wishes from STEVANIE.
